
ABOUT: IT'S TIME TO ART
IT’S TIME TO ART was founded in 2017 as a new music publishing company for producer and songwriter Charlie Peacock.
Since its inception, the catalog has grown to over 300 songs, recorded by Charlie and an eclectic selection of artists, including:
Jazz musicians Vicente Archer, Peter Bernstein, Jeff Coffin, Abigail Flowers, Eric Harland, Eddie Henderson, John Patitucci, Marcus Printup, Roger Smith, Steve Swallow, Chris Potter, and Matthew White

In addition to music publishing, It’s Time To Art has expanded into a recording imprint and film production company. Beginning in 2025, the company will release unreleased solo recordings, live concerts, rare videos, and song demos from decades past—starting with The Kahne Sessions(1980–81).
Alongside the It’s Time To Art song catalog, much of Charlie’s music is controlled by Universal Music, Capitol CMP, or Sony Music.
